1. Terms

By accessing Japan Skill Mastery Academy (“JSA,” “we,” “us”), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in JSA are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on JSA’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
1. modify or copy the materials;
2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on JSA’s web site;
4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
5. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

The materials on JSA’s website are provided 'as is'. JSA makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall the JSA be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on JSA’s website, even if JSA or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on JSA's website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. JSA does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. JSA may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. JSA does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

6. Links

JSA has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the School of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Site Terms of Use Modifications

JSA may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the JSA's website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.Qualifications

You may need qualifications to perform the JSA content in your country of residence. The qualifications you obtain through JSA may not be valid in your country. You must confirm for yourself whether the skills acquired through JSA can be used in your country of residence. JSA will not be held responsible if you violate the laws of your country by failing to confirm this. JSA will not be held responsible for any damage to persons or property that may result from actions you take based on what you have learned at the JSA.

10.Admissions Rules

1.JSA is a school established for people who do not live in Japan to learn traditional Japanese skills, therefore JSA does not provide services to people who are living in Japan. This is a online school for people who do not live in Japan. Regarding Judo therapy, those who live in Japan are required to attend a Japanese university for Judo therapy and obtain a national qualification in order to practice Judo therapy. Therefore, they are not allowed to enroll in JSA. Even if a person living in Japan pays the admission fee and enrolls, the fee will be refunded immediately and the student will be expelled.

2.If the school office recognizes that a student or a member of this website is behaving in a manner that is inappropriate for this school or its members (attitudes and behaviors that show no respect for others, attitudes and behaviors that are inappropriate for medical professionals, attitudes and behaviors that are inappropriate for our staff), the student will be expelled from the school or removed from the membership without warning. In such cases, tuition fees will not be refunded.

3. Each course has a deadline, and once the deadline has passed, you will no longer be able to take that course. Whether you have completed the course or not, once the deadline has passed, you will no longer be able to watch the course. Since the deadline cannot be extended, if you want to take the course again, you will have to pay the tuition fee again and take the course from the beginning.

11.Refund

If you wish to withdraw from the JSA online school after enrollment, tuition fees will be refunded only if you withdraw within 24 hours of enrollment. If you wish to receive a refund, you must complete the withdrawal procedure within 24 hours of enrollment. Please contact the JSA from "CONTACT"within 24 hours if you wish to withdraw and receive a refund. Those who do not agree with the above will not be allowed to enroll.
